My story

My journey into ranching and food production spans a lifetime. My sanctuary is my farm. I am surrounded by the tranquil sounds of my animals and lush gardens over the seasons.

For the past 50 years, I've cultivated an enduring relationship with this lifestyle, consistently delivering top-quality produce, meats, and breeding stock to friends, family, and customers. The profound love for farming is deeply intertwined with a passionate connection to the land, driving our commitment to preserve this way of life for future generations.

The ranch

Lefever Holbrook Ranch is nestled in the heart of Eastern Washington, spanning 400 acres of land. Owned and operated by Paulette, her farm is a center for sustainable agriculture and community building.

Paulette raises roughly 140 ewes, breeding stock and market lambs, cows, and poultry. All the animals are raised with care, enjoying roaming freely on the vast pastures of Lorena Butte.

Paulette believes in the power of sustainability and the importance of supporting local farms. That's why she is dedicated to producing high-quality, grass-fed, and finished meats while fostering a deep connection with the land and her community.

Her passion for farming extends beyond her fields; she is deeply committed to sharing her knowledge and love for agriculture with younger generations. Through sharing her experiences and knowledge, she hopes to encourage everyone to support local farms and embrace a more sustainable way of living.
